NEWBORN SESSIONS — HOW IT WORKS
WHEN TO BOOK
Newborn sessions are often scheduled within the first 5–14 days after birth, but older babies are welcome too.
A RELAXED EXPERIENCE
Sessions are baby-led, with time for feeding, changing and settling. Your baby's comfort and safety always come first.
LOCATION
Sessions can take place at your home or in a hired studio, depending on the package and your preferences. Studio hire is quoted separately.
PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
I'll send you a simple preparation guide before your session, including what to bring, clothing suggestions and how to prepare your space.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 25% booking payment is required to secure your session and is deducted from the total package price. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session.
PHOTO SELECTION & EDITING
You'll receive an online proof gallery to select your favourite photographs within 14 days. Your chosen images will then be professionally edited. Detailed retouching is included only where specified in your package.
ADDITIONAL IMAGES
Additional edited images and detailed retouching are available at an extra cost, quoted separately.
DELIVERY
Your final edited photographs will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks of receiving your final selection.
TRAVEL & STUDIO HIRE
Travel within 20 km of Melbourne CBD is included. Additional travel, parking, tolls and studio hire are quoted separately where applicable.
RESCHEDULING
If your baby arrives earlier or later than expected, or is unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
SAFETY & PRIVACY
Your baby's safety and comfort are always the priority. Photographs of your child will only be shared publicly with your permission. RAW files are not included.
